“Vicky’s involvement in the creation and evolution of the 4 All Foundation to the success it is today has been crucial. Her knowledge of the charitable sector is exceptional. She is very easy to work with, has a lovely demeanour and is ultra professional. She is commercially and financially astute as well as being experienced in all aspects of governance and the day to day issues of running a successful charity (big and small!).She is able to be hands-on as well as operate at the strategic level, this is invaluable to us as a relatively new charity. She absolutely delivers what is promised and in the agreed timescales. We continue to work with Vicky both as a critical friend and advisor; she regularly attends our Trustee meetings and facilitates all the strategic/training days.”

“Working with Vicky was a great experience. Her thought-provoking approach and in-depth knowledge brought fresh perspectives to the table, challenging the conventional ways we had operated. As a great facilitator, she expertly guided discussions, making sure every voice was heard. What stood out most was her ability to recognise the unique skills and experiences within our board of trustees. Engaging, insightful, and truly impactful – we couldn’t have asked for a better charity consultant”
